Men's Night Out

Jeremy & Caleb went to see "Courageous" in the movie theater tonight with some of the men from our LIFE Group after going to Cheeseburger Charlies for dinner. Jeremy said the movie was really good and that there sure was a lot of men with allergies in the theater because there was a lot of sniffling going on... yeah, right!!

"End of the Season" Football Party

Tonight, we took the twins football team to CiCi's Pizza to celebrate. Jeremy and I made up silly awards for each player... Andrew got the "Tiki Hair Award" for having the most intimidating look (I put his hair in a pony tail that stuck straight up- so he could see) and Matthew got the "Sike Award"... the kid faked out everyone (including officials) with his sly fake hand-offs.

New Bed??

I had a basket of cloth diapers that needed to be stuffed at my feet while we watched tv tonight... Ethan must have been tired because he turned it into a bed, complete with throw pillow and his "boo" (blanket), and climbed on in for a snooze.

Oral Hygiene Obsession!

Ethan has been obsessed with brushing his teeth lately so I put a step stool in the bathroom and let him brush several times a day! He always kicks and screams when I make him quit. Tonight, I went in to check on him and found he had scaled the cabinets so he could sit in the sink.

Big Sis Surprise!!

Today, I made this shirt for a friend of mine that recently found out that she is pregnant. They are announcing it to the grandparents by giving it to their daughter on her birthday. I can't wait to hear about their reactions. SURPRISE!

The twins last flag football games were today, they were UNDEFEATED!! This is the funny shot after their group shot... too bad there's not an NFL team called the Monkeys!

Two Peas in a Pod

Steffen came over to spend the night with Caleb tonight. They always disappear into his room and play for hours!

Puddle Jumper

Ethan and I went on a walk while the big boys were at football practive tonight. He discovered this puddle on the side of the road... needless to say, we hung out for a while so he could stomp!

GA Putt Putt

This year, GA's are learning about missionaries that use sports as a tool for reaching unbelievers. Tonight I built a mini-gold course for them to play... it was a HUGE hit!!

Highchair Boycott!

Ethan has gotten to where he doesn't like to sit in his highchair anymore, he always tries to sit at the regular table which is bar height. It makes me so nervous for him to be up so high, so tonight I brought in his little table and chairs. He didn't sit for long... he was up smearing pizza sauce on stuff in no time!

Wheels are Done!!

Fantasy Football

Jeremy is obsessed with Fantasy Football. It's all I hear about during football season!! He's playing in 2 leagues this year. Here's his team from one of them.

Caleb & Steffen Working

I've lost my husband and son to the garage again!! Caleb's friend, Steffen, came over to hang out and spend the night and jumped in on the action too. See him in the background?? Caleb is LOVING working with Jeremy and I love that they are spending this time together. :)

Pimping out the Golf Cart

Jeremy has decided to give our golf cart a little upgrade! He and Caleb started working on it last night by stripping it down. Tonight they are putting on new tires that are much bigger than the one's it came with. Stay tuned for progress updates!

Survivor!!

The new season of Survivor started tonight. Jeremy and I have watched the show religiously since it first started in 2000!! Does anyone still watch this show other than us??

Working the Sale!

I worked at the Little Lambs & Ivy Sale tonight because workers get to shop before anyone else. The room was packed!!!

Night Out with Nicole!!!

Nicole and I haven't been able to spend much time together lately, tonight we went to the Little Lambs & Ivy Sale and played volleyball with our LIFE group team. This was taken when I took her home after our date. :)

Twin Time

Our LIFE group had a Pot Luck lunch after church today... Here's Andrew & Matthew holding the Harwell babies right before we ate. Haven't the girls gotten BIG!!!

Go Cardinals!!

Look at my cute little football players!!! Their second day of games were today. Matthew is doing a fantastic job as the quarterback and Andrew is doing great with rushing the other teams quarterback. They both scored touchdowns today!

Grandparent's Day

Jeremy's parents, Fred & Janet, also came up for Grandparent's Day today. Here they are with my mom and the twins outside of their classrooms at school. We are so blessed that they all live close enough to attend activities like this. :)

Big Kid!

I posted about the "Plasma Car" I bought a couple of weeks ago. Jeremy rode it all over the house tonight after the kids went to bed. He looks pretty funny, doesn't he??

Grandma's Here!!!

The twins have Grandparent's Day at school on Friday and my mom came up to visit to attend. I never tell them when she is coming, so she surprises them by just walking in the door every time.

Wild Child!!

Ethan has become quite a handful lately, the boy climbs on everything... I probably get him off the kitchen table 15 times a day!! You always have to keep one eye on him cause there's no telling what he's getting into or on top of. I caught Jeremy sliding him down the handrail today... Maybe Jeremy's the one that teaches him his crazy stunts!!

That's A LOT of kids!!!

I took a picture of all the kids in our group right before we left today. Adults were so outnumbered!! This is just 4 families with 2 friends that came along. They all played really well together all weekend and had a blast!! I can't wait until our next trip!

Beach Boys

We let Ethan wander around on the beach for a while this afternoon, it was so fun to watch him explore! Here he is with big brother, Andrew, keeping on eye on him. :)

Huge Slip N' Slide!

We are staying at "Piney" Campground in Dover, TN. They always have several activities planned for the kids (and a few for adults). Today the kids played on this huge Slip N' Slide... the head and legs you see belong to Matthew.

Labor Day Camping Trip

First night of our Labor Day camping trip with the Jones, Sutton, and Lopp families. Having a blast already!!

The garage floor was poured this morning, it was a huge hole full of weeds until today! No steps into the house will be nice!!
