Halloween!

Getting the little guy to pose for group pictures is next to impossible... this is the best I got! Fred and Janet came up to spend the evening with us. We had dinner together then Janet took the boys to a few houses around us to "trick or treat." When they got back we went to the Fall Festival at church. The boys had lots of fun and came home with LOTS of candy. :)

Mr. Pumpkin Heads!

Andrew and Matthew got their pumpkins on a field trip to a pumpkin patch a few weeks ago.... they were very close to being rotten!!! I didn't want to carve them the old fashion way because they were already pretty soft and mushy so we used our Mr Potato Head parts instead. I think they turned out really cute and it was something different (and less mess!!!)

Halloween Cookies

Today I made these fun Halloween cookies!! Well, I didn't make the cookies (they were store bought)... but I did decorate them!!! FYI, they were REALLY good!

We were shown some "love"

We woke up to a beautiful yard this morning!!! Most people don't like being "rolled" because they look at it as a mean prank. We look at it as love... someone was thinking of us and let us know it. :)

Cold day for Soccer!!

I checked my phone just before I left the house to go to Matthew's soccer game. Brrrrrr!!! We FROZE!!

Creative Dessert

Jeremy whipped up this fun dessert for the kids after dinner tonight. I had made the rice krispy treats as an after school snack... it worked pretty well for a pumpkin smile. :)

Nice Day before the BAD

Tomorrow the weather is going from a beautiful 80 degrees to cold and rain! Nicole and I decided to take the kids to Liberty Park to enjoy probably the last pretty day before spring. The kids had a blast!

1st Blackeye

Last night, Ethan fell on a toy airplane, today he woke up with a blackeye. He absolutely hates getting his picture taken, so after I chased him around the house, Jeremy grabbed him and held his face still for me. I wish he liked pictures, he is at such a cute age!!

Closet Cleanout!

I haven't cleaned out and organized my closet in forever!!! It took about 6 hours of trying on stuff and getting it organized, but it was sooo worth it! :)

New Game Craze!

The kids and I are hooked on a new game thanks to Melissa!! We started playing in the car on the way to Disney and now we all play just about every day!

SOCCER!!

Matthew had 2 games yesterday and 2 games today in the Bellevue area of Nashville. We decided to stay in a hotel so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth and so the boys could swim. His team is made up of mostly new players to the game and they lost all 4 games, but we really enjoyed the weekend away. :)

Andrew- Camp-o-ree

 Jeremy and the boys go to the RA Camp-o-ree every fall, but since Matthew had a soccer tournament they were going to have to skip it. Andrew still REALLY wanted to go, so we sent him with some of the other dads. He said it was freezing but had a great time!

iPad Mad Gab

We REALLY miss playing games with Brian and Melissa every Friday night so tonight we played Mad Gab with them via facetime on our iPads. Isn't technology great?!?!

Sewing something for myself!

I stay super busy sewing stuff for other people... today I took the time to make something for myself! Matthew has a soccer tournament this weekend and it's suppose to be cold, so I did this hoodie to wear. :)

Time Machines

2 projects in 1 week!! The twins had to build time machines for school.  I love how different their ideas are.

Comparing Muscles

Tonight, I walked into our bedroom and found Jeremy and Matthew comparing their muscles, I think they are both obsessed!

Awesome Picture

My friend, Raeann, emailed me a bunch of pictures that she took during flag football today. When I showed them to Jeremy he went crazy over this one. He said, this is why I coach... for moments like these. :)

4-H Posters

Andrew and Matthew had to make 4-H posters for a Language grade at school. We worked on them today and I think they turned out great!

Terrebones!!

Our friends, Peter & Adrienne, moved to Valdosta, GA from Clarksville a couple of months ago. We decided to swing in for a visit on our way home today. It was so good to see them and their new home. :)

Magic Kingdom Day 2

For our 5th Day, we decided to go back to the Magic Kingdom because it has the most rides. They are in the process of building a new part of Fantasyland and today they let people in a for a "dress rehearsal" so we were really glad we went back!

Disney Studios

Disney Studios was on the agenda for today. This is a picture of Ethan during the Indian Jones stunt show. He kept putting Jeremy's hand over his eyes, then would want to peek out, lol. The favorite rides of the day were the Rockin Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror. We had to drag the twins onto the rides the first times, but of course, they loved them and wanted to do them over and over!

Animal Kingdom

Today we went to Animal Kingdom. We did the Safari right off the bat to keep from having a long wait and to see more animals because they are most active then. The favorite ride of the day was Mt. Everest. We had to force the twins to ride it and Matthew went from holding my arm as tight as he could to putting both hands in the air! They ended up riding it 3-4 times! We also really enjoyed the Kali River Rapids. Jeremy and the boys stripped down to the shorts and Janet got the most wet! lol!

Lazy Day

We took the day off today so we could recharge and relax around the resort. There was 7 or 8 pools, a lazy river, waterslides, mini golf, etc. It was great to not have to get up and going early since we still hadn't recovered from getting to Orlando at 2:30 am Saturday night.

EPCOT!

Today we decided to go to Epcot. This picture was taken outside of the Finding Nemo ride. Ethan went nuts over all the Nemo fish he saw, it was super cute! Everyone decided that their favorite ride was "Soarin." It is a virtual ride that makes you feel like you are soaring over different parts of the world. :)

Magic Kingdom

Today we went to the Magic Kingdom!!! We had such a great time!!
Today's highlights: Jonah got lost, got stuck on the incline just before the big splash on Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain was voted the favorite.

Road Trip!!

Disney, here we come!!! Caleb rode with Fred and Janet so we just had these 3 in the truck with us. It took 12 hours to get there but the kids all did GREAT!!

Table Decorating Contest

We had a table decorating contest at MOPs today and our table WON!!! Everyone had to use pink for Breast Cancer Awareness. The big cupcake says, "Won't it be Sweet when we beat Breast Cancer."

Happy Birthday, Yoshi!!

Today, Yoshi is 1!!! It's hard to believe he's not a puppy anymore, too bad he still acts like one!

Stinky Twins

Matthew got into Jeremy's deodorant a couple days ago and loved smelling like a man so he and Andrew asked us to get them their own deodorant. Can you tell they like it?

Volleyball!

Jeremy and I play in a coed volleyball league every fall. Tonight was our last night of games. Here's Jeremy spiking the ball. :)

Disney Shirts

Today I made these shirts for a girl from church for her upcoming Disney Trip. I told her that we would be there at the same time and asked her where they were staying, she said, Bonnet Creek Resort." I couldn't believe out of all the resorts around Disney that we were staying at the SAME PLACE!
