Cheer Cups

Bro Paul asked me to make the Hilldale Hoop Cheerleader cups for their end of the year gift. I think they turned out really cute!! I made 43 of them!

Spongebob Squarepants

It's Spirit Week for Caleb this week and today is Character Day. He decided to go as Spongebob Squarepants. He borrowed the tie from Jeremy and I painted the red and blue lines on his socks.

Make your own Pizza Night

We haven't had a "make your own pizza" night in a while. The kids love it!

Visiting Paxton

Paxton Harwell has had stomach issues his whole life and was admitted into Vanderbilt to stay overnight today so we went down to visit. He really enjoyed getting to play with the twins. :)

New Shelves for Kelley!

Jeremy's new office was full of furniture that the last owners left behind, including 4 of these bookshelves!! As soon as I saw them, I told Jeremy that I want them for my craft room!! He brought the first 2 home today. They are going to give me so much more storage!!

Meisch Cabinets

I haven't posted much about the Meisch's house, but thought I would give you a peek into their kitchen. The cabinets were on back order so they slowed the process down a bit, but they were  just installed!! Woot woot!

Massages

I needed to run a few errands tonight, so we left the kids home so Jeremy and I could spend some time together. While we were at the mall, we passed this massage place and decided to get 10 minute chair massages... they felt great!

Teenage Boys!!

Caleb had a few of his friends spend the night tonight, they spent a lot of time at the kitchen table playing board games (they even let me play one with them!). They are such a good group of guys!

Tonight's temperature is the lowest it has been in 17 years so I snapped this picture of my weather app just before going to bed. I'm hoping it doesn't stay this cold for long... I'm ready for summer!!

GA Hot Potato

The missionaries we are learning about in GAs this month are in Peru and a lot of the lessons have talked about potatoes being a big crop there. So tonight we played hot potato with Mr Potato Head... the girls and so much fun!

Let the Demo begin!

Jeremy and JB didn't waste anytime and starting tearing out the walls in their new office today. They want to be in by the end of February and have lots to do in the meantime.

Mr. Bill

This is Ethan and his Sunday School teacher, Mr. Bill. Ethan LOVES Mr. Bill and talks about him all the time! He is usually the only boy in the class, so they stick together. I took this picture of them today, because their shirts matched so closely. He is really going to miss being in his class when he moves up to the 4 year old class this summer... maybe Mr. Bill will move up too!

Caleb's Deer

Jeremy and Caleb went to pick up his deer from the taxidermist today. It looks even bigger hanging on his wall than it did in the driveway!!

New Office!!

We closed on this building for Jeremy and JBs new office today. It looks like 2 units, but the last owner used it as 1. They are going to renovate half of it and lease out the other half. They are very excited to quit paying rent. :)

Pajama Day!

It was Pajama Day at Ethan's school today so I snapped this picture of him and some of the girls in his class when I picked him up. He LOVES going to school!

Look out for the SHARKS!!

I love Ethan's little imagination. He is always acting like the floor is water full of sharks and jumps from rug to rug and couch to couch to stay out of the water. Tonight I gave him these silicone trivets and taught him how to move them to go across the floor without getting eaten by sharks!

More vinyl fun

A friend of mine asked me if I could embroider a Minnie Mouse on this bag for her but I couldn't get it on my machine, so I did it with vinyl instead!! Have I said how much I love my new diecut machine??? I'm telling you, I can cut ANYTHING!!

A little too big

Beth texted me today and said that she had some of Matt's old clothes bagged up and asked if I wanted them for Ethan. I was thinking they would be size 5 or 6 and he would be able to wear them in the next couple of years... NOPE! They were 8s and 10s! Jeremy decided to put them on him so we could send a picture to Beth. :)

Caleb's FIRST DATE!!

Last week, we found out that Caleb has a GIRLFRIEND!!! Her name is Seanna and she is as cute as she can be!! They wanted to go see a movie together so Jeremy and I went on a double date with them.... kinda. He didn't want us to sit with them!!! lol  Caleb doesn't know I took this picture, he would probably kill me! lol.

"All I need..."

I am loving my new diecut machine... it is 100 times better than my old one! I can cut ANYTHING with it!! Tonight while I was scrolling through one of the FB groups I am in, I saw this cut file and decided to put it on our coffee maker to surprise Jeremy in the morning. I thought it would be a quick job but the vinyl didn't want to come off the transfer tape so I had to do it letter by letter! :(

Pinterest Project

I saw these cute reversible signs on Pinterest a few months ago, so I had our trim guy, Wade, cut some blocks for me with the scraps he had on one of our jobs. I got too busy with sewing orders to do them in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but got them done today. I like how they turned out. :)

Ethan and our pillows

One of Ethan's favorite things to do is play with the pillows on our bed. I don't know why I bother putting them on correctly every day because every day he either throws them in the floor or piles them up all over the bed. Today, he decided it was a nice place to watch a video.

Sleepover for Jeremy

Our church is involved in a program called "Room at the Inn." There are several churches here that rotate hosting homeless men during the winter months. Jeremy and Cliff signed up to stay up there with them tonight. He looked like a kid going to a sleepover when he walked out the door.

Domino Rally

I showed the twins some neat Domino tricks on Youtube today, so they got out our Dominos so they could try it themselves. :)

Sick Matthew

Matthew woke up sick last night and has spent the entire day on the couch like this... poor guy feels awful. Hopefully it won't last long.

It's GO time!!

Jeremy and I decided a month ago that we were going to get serious about building our house after the holidays. Today, I came across this beautiful house plan!!! I love the way it looks and the floor plan is almost perfect, it even has a CRAFT room!!! The main problem is, its too big!! lol. But I'm going to use a lot from it to draw my own. So excited to finally begin the process on OUR HOUSE!! Woot Woot!!

Vandy Game

Jeremy and Fred went to the Vanderbilt/Houston game in Birmingham with one of Fred's friends and son-in-law today. Jeremy said they had an awesome time. But, when he got home, he talked more about meeting the owner of Buck Commander at a gas station than he did about the game! lol.

Twisted Brothers

The boys (Ethan too) and I played a few rounds of twister tonight. It was pretty funny! Ethan was the cutest because he had to lay flat to get to both sides of the board. He followed the instructions well and played right along with the rest of us. :)

Let's Go Peay!!!

Jeremy got tickets to tonight's basketball game from Coach Gregory for the twins basketball team and their families. Being in that gym brought back tons of memories!! It was weird to sit in the stands because every other game I have been to there I was on the sidelines as a cheerleader or dancer. It is also the building where the classes for my major were held, so I was there a lot!

Happy New Year!!!

Can it really be 2014?!?! We spent the day at home and played a bunch of board games.... so fun! The one we are playing in the picture is our new favorite, it's called "Jungle Speed." Matthew got it for Christmas and it is addicting!! We say, one more game about 5 times before we finally quit!
