IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!

Jeremy and I went to the doctor today and found out that we are having a BABY GIRL!!! I can't believe it!! I made up a Nursery Rhyme Scavenger Hunt for the boys and Fred and Janet. They went all over the house finding clues. The last one lead them to the front door and it said "Turn around to find out if we are having a boy or girl." When they turned around, Jeremy and I sprayed them with pink silly string. They didn't get why we were spraying them at first, then Andrew yelled... "It's PINK!!" So excited!!

Basement Walls!!!

We are using a product called "Superior Walls" in our basement. They are fabricated in a factory and are much better than building concrete blocks on site. They use a big crane and get them all set in 1 day!

After Hours House Work

Tonight we sat down and discussed a few changes that we want to make to our plan... it's now or never... basement walls go up tomorrow!

Happy Meal, Happy Boy

We hardly ever buy the kids Happy Meals, but will let them get one as a treat every now and then. As soon as I passed the bag back, Ethan went after the toy!

"Shining Love to Daddy"

A little boy named, Darren, lost his daddy in the war. His mother made a facebook page called "Shining Love to Daddy" because he wanted to get a bunch of people to turn their porch lights on for his daddy tonight and send pictures to the page. There was close to a MILLION pictures posted!

First Dance!

Andrew and Matthew are headed to their first Middle School Dance!!!!! How in the world are my tiny babies old enough!!!

See ya at the Pole Rally

The kids went to the "See ya at the Pole" Rally tonight. I love seeing the faith of all these teenagers.

Childhood Home

My mom sent me this picture of my childhood home today. When they sold it a couple of years ago it was dark brick...the new owners gave it a facelift. I think it looks nice, but it's kinda sad that it doesn't look the same.

Silly Laura!

Tonight, I went to get my hair cut and colored by my talented friend, Laura Richards. Just before I left, I said, I need a picture of the day and this is what she gave me! lol. Love you, Laura!!

Churchwide Picnic

We went to our church's picnic tonight. Every life group brings tents, chairs, and food for their class. It's a lot of fun. This is a picture of the baptism they did... it was cool to have everyone crowd around the trough to watch.

Puppy Kissing Granddad

Fred & Janet came up to see the twins play football today. Ethan eats up their attention and shows his love with puppy kisses.

Azalea Trace Lot 11

The spec house we are building now is coming along nicely!! It's time to pick paint colors and finishing touches aka the really fun part. :)

Phase 10

We played Phase 10 with the kids tonight. Ethan had no idea what he was doing but ended up beating us all!! Gaming is in his blood!

Birthday Cake

The Coffee Shop Girls threw me a birthday party after church tonight and Karen brought my favorite cake!!! It's called "Ho Ho Cake" and it is soooo good!

Ground is BROKE!!!

Raeann sent me this picture of our lot today... The excavation has begun on OUR HOUSE!!!! Woot Woot!! I am so excited!!

District Champions

Caleb and his CHS Golf Teammates played in the District Championship today and came in first place. :)

Katie invited Andrew to a concert at her church tonight, he was so excited to hang out with her.

Double Trouble

We went to the Sutton's to hang out with a few different families tonight and the Brockman's were there. This is Joshua (left) and Jacob, their 2 year old twin boys. Playing with them tonight brought back so many memories from when Andrew & Matthew were little.

Who moved the mailbox??

It's hard to tell because Jeremy taped a bunch of the pieces back together, but he backed into the mailbox with my truck this morning!!

Treasure Box

Ethan got this little motorcycle from the Treasure Box at school today... it kept him busy while we waiting for his brothers in the car circle.

Gotcha!

I went into the gym to find the rest of the family so we could go home after church tonight and found them all in an huge game of "Gotcha."

First Homework

Ethan got his first homework assignment at preschool!! He was so cute working on it!

Alphie!

I found this "Alphie" at a consignment sale for $3!!!! I was super excited to get it because my brother had the original back in the 80's.

Coach Dad

Today the twins had their first flag football games... here's their coach going over the next play with them. ;)

CHS Football

Jeremy and Ethan took Caleb to the CHS Football Game tonight and decided to stick around.

Favorite Brother

Ethan is very vocal about which of the boys is his favorite brother... it's Matthew!! Tonight, they were clowning around on the couch and Ethan started licking Matthew's back... it was pretty funny.

Golf Date

Andrew and his girlfriend, Katie Freeman, had a "golf date" today at the Riverclub. Don't worry, Jeremy, Leigh Ann (Katie's mom), and I were sitting behind them watching. :)

12 weeks!

I had my 12 week appointment today and the baby is doing great! Dr. Anderson took a peek between it's legs and said, "I don't see a wanker!" But it's too early to make a call. We'll find out at my next appointment on September 30th!!

Can we keep em?

The twins went down to the creek today and came back with these fish!! They wanted to put them in our little gallon aquarium with our Beta... ummm, not gonna happen!!
