Halloween Swimming instead of Trick or Treating

We drove up to Indianapolis today because the twins are playing in the regional flag football tournament tomorrow. We were going to go trick or treating here but it is snowing outside, so the boys decided to swim instead.

I went to Vanderbilt for my 20 week anatomy scan today. The baby looks perfect and is definitely still a girl!

Homecoming Dance

Caleb, Ryan, and Brock took their dates to Liberty Grill before the homecoming dance tonight. Hard to believe my baby boy is old enough to do this!!

We went to Cliff and Lisa's for dinner tonight. We were sitting in the den visiting when Jeremy decided he wanted to help Cliff remove their fireplace so they could install a buck stove. I don't think they were thinking it would get done tonight, but when Jeremy sets his mind to something, he doesn't quit. It came out easier than they were thinking. :)

Framing!!!

It's taken a while, but the framers have finally started on our house!!! You can see the top of the framed basement walls!! Next step is the first floor joist!!!

A boy and his dog

Tonight, Yoshi curled up beside Ethan on the couch while he was playing a game on his iPod. Every few moments, Ethan would rub his belly or lay on top of him. They are so cute together.

Crocheted Gifts from Mandy

My sister, Mandy, could not wait to find out what color yarn she needed so she could start making stuff for the baby. I think she went to the store the day I told her it was a girl! I got these sweet little shoes and blanket in the mail today. Aren't they adorable!??!?! Mandy is so talented!

Heat Presser

I heat pressed a bunch of shirts a couple of weeks ago and my back hurt for days!! So... I've passed the job onto Jeremy. He's gotten really good at getting them straight and centered. :)

Happy to see Daddy!

Ethan could not get enough of Jeremy today... He was his little shadow and tried to sit on him whenever he sat down. I think he missed him. :)

Even though the big boys are away, we still play!! I think Ethan is enjoying dinner games this week... they are all his!!!

It's been storming in Florida so the waves are too rough to get in the water, so the boys just get to play in the sand. :(

Stitches!!!

Saturday morning, while Jeremy and Caleb were in Illinois, Andrew and Matthew were at Jakes, and Ethan was still asleep... I stood up too quick and FAINTED!! I hit my face on the back of the couch on the way down and had to get 8 stitches!! Pretty huh?? My friends came to the rescue!! Summer came to get Ethan and took him to Laura's and Raeann came and took me to the doctor. Love my friends!!!

Headed to Panama City

Jeremy, Chad, and the boys are headed to Panama City for the Youth Fall Retreat. They are driving down a day ahead of everyone else because Jeremy and Chad are the chefs for the week and have to get the shopping done and dinner ready for everyone else tomorrow.

GIANT DEER!!!

Jeremy and Caleb went to Illinois so Caleb could participate in their Youth Hunt. They had about 15 minutes left of hunting time when Caleb spotted this monster. He shot him straight through the heart!!! I can't wait for the mount to be done so I can see it in person!

Hanging with Jake

Andrew & Matthew are spending the night with their friend, Jake. I asked his mom to send me a picture of the 3 of them and this is what I got. LOL, Silly boys!!

CPA Logo

Even though I have been sewing/embroidering for years. I still get nervous when I do stuff that I can't replace if I mess it up. Today I put this logo on a table runner and I am thrilled with how well it turned out!!

Jeremy and Ethan spent some time outside playing ball today. He used the tee for a while, then Jeremy pitched him a few and he was killing them!! My baby boy is growing up!
