Chicken Coop!!

It's finally warm enough and the chickens are old enough to leave the garage so the boys and I put the coop together today. We aren't suppose to have chickens in our neighborhood, but we were hoping to get away with it because we were going to keep them in their coop/run and no one would ever know. However... our next door neighbors saw us working on the coop and called the HOA President. He came over with a copy of the restrictions before we were even done putting it together!!! They will be moving to Mt Juliet to live with Nana and Granddad soon. :(

FIRE!!!

Jeremy's assistant, Jennifer, kept Yoshi for us while we were gone. Last night she stayed at her boyfriends house with Yoshi and her dog while he was away. Some teenage boys drove by and noticed the house had caught fire so they stopped to help. They were able to wake Jennifer and she came out of the house and then went back in to get Yoshi and Bentley (her dog). It was a total loss, but we are so glad Jennifer and the dogs are okay!

The food we have had for dinner each night has been amazing and our waitress, Pamela and her assistant, Adrienne, were fabulous!!

Cozumel, Mexico

We spent the entire day in Cozumel at a pretty neat park. We rode on a ton of zip lines, drove an amphibious vehicle, and hand paddled a raft through a cave stream. It was pretty neat. :)

Roatan, Honduras

Today we stopped in Roatan, Honduras and went to a private beach to snorkel. The water was FREEZING but we were able to see a lot of sea life and a beautiful coral reef.

Formal Night

We've had a great day "at sea." We've ate lots of food, hung out by the pool, and played a little bingo. Tonight was formal night so Jeremy got to wear his penguin suit!

We Set Sail!!!

Our long awaited cruise began today! I'm looking forward to having a fun & relaxing time with our great friends, Brian & Melissa!
