Little Stinker!

We went to the Dollar General Market while we were running errands today. While I was getting a cart, Ethan walked down between the rows! It took a lot of coaxing to get him out. He seems to like going in little spaces where we can't reach him!

Butt Cream Garage

The Jones' came over for games tonight and all the kids were upstairs playing. Ethan came down with diaper rash cream all over him so we went up to investigate and found that he smeared it all over his Little People Garage. I'm never going to get it all out of the little cracks!!

FCA Camp

Caleb headed out to FCA camp this morning. Here he is with his friends right before they boarded the bus. :)

Little Prayer

We all end up taking a peek at Ethan during our prayer before dinner... he is so stinkin cute!! He's the one that insist on us hold hands and he always says "FATHER" because he wants to say the "God our Father" prayer. :)

Choo Choo!!!

Caleb built this Geotrax track on the ping pong table in the garage yesterday. Ethan has been out there playing the WHOLE DAY today. He loves it!! I had set up a few stools for him to be able to reach better, but he decided the best place to be was on the table. I'm sure he will be out there again tomorrow. It's nice because the garage is right next to my sewing room. He did, however, take a break to make a mess upstairs. He got into some baking soda that I use on his diapers and had it scattered all over the floor in his room and hallway (right next to the fan that is STILL drying out the carpet from Saturday's flood). I freaked out not knowing what it was at first... I guess he thought the carpet needed some deodorizing. Whew!!  :)

Addi's Party

Addi decided to have a sleepover for her birthday, but told Nicole that she couldn't celebrate without "the boys." So our family was invited over so they could be there everything before the sleeping part. Addi wanted to do a hula hoop contest. There were 12 people in the contest and it got down to Addi and Matthew. This picture was snapped as Addi was losing her hoop, making Matthew the champ. We were not surprised. Matthew is a hula hoop master!

With 4 kids, I have cleaned up my fair share of bathroom floods, but today's flood (courtesy of Ethan) topped them ALL!!! He was upstairs playing alone (which he does a lot) and came down and showed me his wet clothes wanting to be changed, when I went upstairs to change him, I found out why he was soaked! WOW!!! He was obviously doing a toilet paper experiment in the sink. Standing water out into the hall, the towels in the cabinet were even full of water! I came down midway through cleaning and found 2 more "floods." There was a big puddle in the laundry room, so I assumed the washer leaked, but later realized it was coming through the light from upstairs!!! And  Andrew had spilled Italian dressing on the table and chair. It's hard to tell how much water is on the floor, since it is clear, but trust me... you could just about swim in there!!

Twins are Home!

Ethan and I went to church to pick  Andrew & Matthew up from camp this afternoon. Ethan was so excited to see them! They both had a good time, but when I asked Matthew if he wanted to go back next year, he said, no, because he missed me too much. Awe!!

Caleb's Scavenger Hunt Party

We had a blast tonight! Caleb invited 5 of his friends over and we divided them into 2 teams of 3. Jeremy took a team and I took the other on a scavenger hunt around town. After the hunt, we met up at Caleb's favorite restaurant (Buffalo Wild Wings) for dinner then back to our house for a sleepover. Jeremy's team was Josey, Caleb T, and Sammy. My team was Caleb, Hays, and Ryan. We won by 28 points!! Yay!!

Another Day of Golf

Today was the first chance I have had to go to one of Caleb's golf matches. The twins are at camp and Ethan stayed at Jeremy's sisters. He struggled on the front 9, but stepped up his game on the back. He parred 3 holes. :)

Happy 13th Birthday, Caleb!!!

I can't believe we have a teenager in the house!! Caleb has been such a blessing to our family. He is a great kid and he makes us proud parents. He wanted to go to Red Lobster for dinner tonight so he could eat a lobster! We weren't sure if he would like it, but he LOVED it! I'm guessing it's going to be a new birthday tradition. Nana and Granddad treated us to dinner in Mt Juliet on our way to Cookeville to spend the night with Jeremy's sister... Caleb has a golf match at Fall Creek Falls in the morning.

Centrikid Camp

This week the twins are at Centrikid Camp with our church in Campbellsville, KY. Their chaperone sent us this picture today. :)

Deer Hunting

The Harwells came over to play games tonight and the boys decided to play "hunter" with the nerf guns. Caleb got into the role of being hunted and strapped on some antlers. This is his "deer in headlights" pose.

Beach Fun!

We spent the day at the beach at a nearby campground today because there isn't beach access where we are. Jeremy and the boys had fun playing bocce ball. :)

Center Hill Dam

Our campground is just below the Center Hill Dam so today we hiked up to check it out. :)

Nighttime Setup

Caleb has a golf match in Cookeville in the morning so we decided to go ahead and come down to camp a day early. Setting up in the dark when its cool is soooo much better than setting up in the heat!

GRANITE!!

The granite was just installed! I think it looks great! The plumber will be here in a few hours to hook up the new faucet. :)

Basketball Camp

Andrew & Matthew are attending a FREE!!! basketball camp at the FLC this week. I wanted to get a picture of them in their shirts and I told them to give me a tough look (I don't think they could scare a fly). Anyhoo, Andrew is trying not to laugh because I told him to stand on his tippy toes and then I would snap the picture so he would look as tall as Matthew. :)

Follow the Leader

The Brooks came over tonight to talk house and these 4 marched around the house forever! It was so cute because they stayed in size order and the 2 little ones did their best to keep up. :)

Pee Wee Champs!!!

The twins have gone undefeated in the tournament and played their final game today... they won!!! So proud of these two, they had a great season! :)

Kitchen demo begins!!

This house has AWFUL tile countertops and the Jones' decided to replace them for resale down the road. We were thrilled!!! Brian and his buddy, Buddy (haha) came over to saw the tile away from the wall and unscrew them from the cabinets. He'll be back Tuesday night to take them out completely... the new countertops are going in on Wednesday. Yay!!

Couples Bunko

Tonight we played Bunko at our friends, Rusty and Jessie's, beautiful new home. I have never played better in the 10 years we have played!! I had 4 bunkos and 22 wins (8 loses). Jeremy and I were the big winners!! Woot Woot!

Where's Ethan?

This little boy cracks me up!! His antics are always so funny. Tonight we went to Subway with the Harwells and he decided to crawl way back between the booths where no one could reach him to get him out. I finally coaxed him out with a cookie!

Pool Time!

Matt Jones invited Andrew and Matthew to the pool today. His mom, Beth, flooded my phone with pictures of these 3 goofballs. Matt is over here just about everyday... I call them the triplets :)

"unpaper" towels

A friend of mine asked me if I could make her some cloth paper towels, I'm always up to trying new things so I said yes... I think they turned out great! I haven't decided if I want any for my kitchen yet... some things I clean up don't need to go in the laundry (ie. puppy pee!)

VBS

Today was the first day of VBS, but only Matthew and Caleb went! (Caleb is helping in the 4 year old room). I am staying home with Andrew and Ethan. Andrew was up all night throwing up and Ethan has a fever.

Visit from Nana and Granddad

Fred & Janet came up to watch the twins play baseball. They didn't get to see much because the boys team won after 35 minutes! I think the score was 17 to 3. They came over for dinner after the game and then we had a cornhole tournament in the driveway. :)

Busy Month

It's only the second day of the month and my calendar is already full!!! The dots represent at least 1 thing on that day. I'm sure the empty days will fill up soon!!

Giant's Fans!

Today was the twins last regular season baseball game. Playoffs start Sunday and they are in 2nd place for the season now. I decided to turn the camera around today to take a picture of some of the fans. :)
